The semi-finals proved to be some of the most exciting games of the tournament. In the first match-up, UCF and South Florida battled it out in a back-and-forth game that saw UCF come out on top with a 65-62 victory. In the second semi-final, Connecticut continued their dominance by defeating Tulane 82-56.

The championship game featured a rematch of last year's final between UConn and UCF. Despite a valiant effort from UCF, the Huskies proved too much to handle, winning 78-56.
