Ismayl Sillakh is a Ukrainian former professional boxer who competed from 2008 to 2015 in the light-heavyweight division. He was born on December 11, 1984 and started his amateur boxing career in Ukraine before relocating to California in 2008 to pursue a professional career.

Sillakh had an impressive amateur record of 284 wins and only 15 losses with notable victories including defeating Nathan Cleverly who later went on to become a world champion. In 2008, he signed with Goossen Tutor Promotions, a prestigious boxing promotion company, and made his professional debut on June 7, 2008, against Shawn Harris, winning by TKO in the second round.

Throughout his career, Sillakh quickly established himself as one of the top prospects in the light-heavyweight division. He won his first 17 fights before facing Russian boxer Sergey Kovalev in November 2013.
