The University of New South Wales (UNSW) emerged as the champions of the mixed division, while Terrigal High School won the boys' category with Gosford High School winning the girls' category.

Beach Soccer

Another sport that added colour to the beach event was Beach Soccer. The teams battled against each other in a fierce contest of speed, endurance, and skill level. The players showcased their agility and team playmaking. Participants were excited and passionate, despite the hot weather that tried to dull their spirit for the game. The high energy displayed by the players was contagious as spectators joined them in cheering for their favorite teams.

Hiking

For nature lovers, hiking along Avoca beach provided them with an excellent opportunity to experience an adrenaline rush by exploring the nearby trails located by the bush and taking in the magnificent view of the gorge that surrounds the beach.

Surfing Competition

Also featured in the Juniors beach event was a surfing completion, but only the most experienced surfers participated because of the big swell that day. The surfers showed excellent performance, executing impressive stunts and riding the waves with the breeze. Crowds cheered in amazement as surfers pulled moves such as 360 aerials unmatched by anyone else.
