La Mirada High School Football Boosters Fundraiser Tickets

The La Mirada High School Football Boosters recently organized a fundraiser with a twist. Instead of the typical car wash or bake sale, they decided to go for something unexpected and entertaining - a comedy benefit show.

On September 7th, 2019, the boosters hosted a comedy night at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts. The show featured four comedians: Carlos Oscar, John DiResta, Marc Yaffee, and Lisa Alvarado.

The event kicked off with a silent auction and some food and drinks for the attendees. As the room filled up, the excitement grew, and everybody was eager to see what these comedians had in store.

Carlos Oscar was the first comedian on stage and set the tone for the rest of the show. His witty jokes and storytelling kept the audience laughing throughout his entire set. She brought an edgier style of comedy to the stage, but still managed to connect with the audience and have them in stitches.

The La Mirada High School Football Boosters chose wisely when they decided to organize this event. Not only did it provide a much-needed break from the usual fundraising tactics, but also gained attention from not only the community but so many different people outside the city limits.
