Loose Cattle is a band of theater veterans, with members including Kimberly Kaye, Gabriel Caplan, Eddy Zweiback, and Lorenzo Wolff. The band originally formed in 2016 to play at a benefit concert for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, but they enjoyed playing together so much that they decided to continue performing as a band.
The band's sound can be described as "Americana" – a mix of country, blues, and folk influences. One of their signature songs is "Far from Any Road," which was featured in the first season of HBO's True Detective.
