Though close several games went into extra sets, ultimately resulting in some exciting upsets and surprises.

In what can only be described as an electric match, Oxford faced off against Warwick in the semi-finals, where both teams displayed remarkable performances of skill and determination. Unfortunately, for Oxford, Warwick emerged victorious, sealing their place in the finals.

In contrast, the men’s tournament started the following day. The atmosphere was just as exhilarating as the previous day’s events, and many great matches took place. Teams like Imperial College, Loughborough and Southampton were the major contenders this year, but it was the hosts themselves who took the trophy, putting on a sensational performance in the final against Swansea.

The Oxford players had prepared extensively for the tournament and were rewarded handsomely for their efforts. The result sparked wild celebrations from students and supporters, capping off an unforgettable weekend of indoor volleyball.
