Schall's journey into the music industry began after receiving his bachelor's degree in Music Business from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. While studying, he worked for various music venues, including The Pageant in St. Louis, where he honed his skills in event planning and management.
After graduation, Schall landed a job with AEG Presents, the second largest live entertainment company in the world. During this time, he was involved in organizing some of the biggest names in the music business, such as Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, and Adele.
In 2012, Schall took on the role of Vice President of GMB Presents, where he continued to excel. He helped popularize the annual LouFest music festival, which saw more than 30,000 fans attending its 2015 edition.
Schall went on to co-found I.M.P., an independent concert promoter that specializes in producing high-quality shows that attract a diverse range of acts across all genres. Under his leadership, I.M.P. organized many successful events, including the Hangout Festival, Capitol Hill Block Party, and Merriweather Post Pavilion - one of the most renowned outdoor amphitheaters in North America.
