Born and raised in New Jersey, Grosso found his love for theater early on in life. As a child, he would attend local productions with his family and was immediately drawn to the magic of the stage. He began performing in school plays and became heavily involved in theater throughout his teenage years.
After high school, Tyler pursued a degree in theater from Rutgers University, where he continued to hone his craft and gain valuable experience. During this time, he also discovered his other passion: fashion. With a natural talent for design and a unique vision, he launched Superrradical in 2014.
Despite his success in fashion, Tyler never lost his love for theater. In fact, he has continued to use his talents to create immersive experiences for audiences. In 2018, he directed his first play, "American Psycho: The Musical," which was a huge success. The production received rave reviews and sold out shows, showcasing Tyler's abilities as a director and producer.
In addition to "American Psycho," Tyler has also been involved in other theatrical productions. He designed costumes for "The Addams Family" at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, New Jersey, and worked on the makeup and set design for "Little Shop of Horrors" at the Point Pleasant Beach High School.
