Currently, the team plays their home games at Harmon Stadium, which can accommodate up to 1,000 spectators. The stadium features a state-of-the-art turf playing surface, ensuring that games can still take place even during inclement weather.
The UNF baseball coaching staff is led by head coach Tim Parenton who has been with the program since 2002. During his tenure, he has been integral in leading the Ospreys to multiple conference titles and NCAA tournament berths. Along with Coach Parenton, the staff also includes assistant coaches Brian Lipman and Casey Medlen.
One of the most notable UNF baseball alumni is current Major League Baseball (MLB) player Daniel Murphy. Murphy played for the Ospreys from 2004-2006, earning All-Conference honors each year. He was then drafted by the New York Mets in 2006 and has gone on to a successful MLB career that has included two All-Star Game selections and numerous other accolades.
Aside from producing professional athletes, the UNF baseball program also places a strong emphasis on academics. The team consistently boasts one of the highest cumulative grade point averages among all varsity sports at the university.
