Vermont Catamounts Tickets

The Vermont Catamounts are the women's basketball team representing the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. The team competes in the America East Conference and has been a member since the conference was formed in 1979. The Catamounts have had a mixed record over the years, but they have consistently been competitive in conference play.

The Catamounts have made five appearances in the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament, with their most recent appearance coming in 2010. They have also won three America East regular-season championships and four America East tournament championships. The program’s all-time leading scorer is Courtnay Pilypaitis, who scored 1,913 points from 2007 to 2011.

Their home arena, Patrick Gymnasium, seats just over 3,000 fans, but it can get loud and intimidating when the Catamounts are playing well. The team is coached by Alisa Kresge, who took over the program in 2012.

However, Kresge has worked hard to build relationships with high school coaches throughout New England and beyond, and she has been able to attract some talented players to the program.
